Overview of the App
The web-app is developed following the principles of user-centered design. Sessions are available both for single individuals and for groups, with a guided selection through the tracks that best suit their needs, eventually providing vocal instructors for guided meditation, or letting users enjoy a session in complete autonomy.

We firmly believe that innovation starts by providing a structured, evidence-based program.

In future updates, MindMe will be able to track users' progress over time by allowing them to provide brief feedback on their experiences and their emotional states and overall well-being after each session.
